Continuum erupts with the playful art of percussion. Featured artists TorQ Percussion Quartet and Newfoundland’s Rob Power join Artistic Director Ryan Scott with an extended ensemble of lower string instruments. Together, we traverse inviolable Icelandic folklore, idyllic Californian dreams and explore conceptualizations from beyond the stratosphere.

Back by popular demand, the Toronto Symphony Orchestra is joined by the electrifying Toronto-based percussion ensemble TorQ for an exciting program of orchestral favourites. Come and experience the powerful percussion family—from the tambourine to the timpani.

Join us for the second concert of our Toronto Concert Series. "Notes from Home" features new and recent Canadian compositions for percussion quartet, all commissioned or premiered by TorQ.
